Hey guys! If you're true crime junkies like we are, then join me and Steph every other Wednesday for new episodes! We mix a splash of humor with our own take on small town crimes. We will tell you stories of murders from our home town, and the surrounding areas...crimes that often don't make the news, but their stories should still be told. We also have episodes called, The Doc Shop, where we will cover true crime documentaries, and a brand new series called the Survivor Series where we will interview survivors of violent crimes. Episode 9 - DOC SHOP - Part 1 - "American Murder: Gabby Petito"
In this 2 part episode we talk about the heartbreaking murder of Gabby Petito. This story captured America's attention. Gabby and her boyfriend, Brian Laundrie set off on a three month trip across the country, attempting to live the "van life". Gabby wanted to start a vlog about their journey. Brian just wanted to isolate Gabby, and he saw this trip as the perfect opportunity. Sadly, Brian was the only one who returned home. After murdering his beautiful girlfriend, he took his own life. Brian was not only a murderer, but a coward, and it seems the apple didn't fall far from the tree. His parents are just as despicable. Some parents will go to any length to cover for their child...even covering up the murder of the woman he supposedly loved. This story will make you angry, and even worse, there is no closure for anyone involved. Just an open ended ellipses....
