Hey guys! If you're true crime junkies like we are, then join me and Steph every other Wednesday for new episodes! We mix a splash of humor with our own take on small town crimes. We will tell you stories of murders from our home town, and the surrounding areas...crimes that often don't make the news, but their stories should still be told. We also have episodes called, The Doc Shop, where we will cover true crime documentaries, and a brand new series called the Survivor Series where we will interview survivors of violent crimes. You guys like a crazy cult story? This is the story of Amy Carlson, and her journey to becoming the self-proclaimed, "Mother God". Amy was just a regular girl; pretty, popular, and always looking for a good time. After a string of bad relationships, and three children by three different men, Amy walked out of a birthday dinner with her family, determined to become "Somebody". She was reaching for an unattainable goal...she wanted to be GOD. She quickly ended up starting her own cult called "Love Has Won" through an ever growing social media following. Was she looking for love? Acceptance? Praise? We'll probably never know, but it only led her to drugs, sex, and an untimely death. This story is wild! Check it out!
